Farewell and TTFN, 390 Cummer!

I decided at the spur of the moment to take a plane to Toronto for two days to join Rosemary Matthew and family to help them move to a lovely condo and to say "thank you and good bye!" to 390 Cummer Avenue. This has been the Wood family home for over 35 years! Great times.

Back to teaching for one more month here and enjoying the lovely falling into winter weather of the Bow Valley!

I have decided to rename my little personal business from "Relax on the Go" to .....
"Relax the Ego!" Brilliant, eh?!!

More later, hugs, Dyane

Summary after ten days in the Bow Valley!

Staying in the "Whispering Pines" cabin in Harvie Heights, 5 minutes west of Canmore and 15 minutes east of Banff. Love it her

Have started teaching ESL . Two senior ESL english classes and one private beginner ESL session this past week, in Banff.

Attended an amazing WORDFEST event last weekend. Have joined a LifeWriting course with Wilma leading us brilliantly along our way!

Back at the Yoga Lounge, what a sangha group. Working on my core body strength to support my game leg with the going downhill osteophyte pinch. Already feel stronger and more flexible.

Great to catch up with some friends but not going wild prefering mostly to continue "going solo" . There are still effects of the counter cultural experience!

I am easing gently into this new yet wonderfully familiar lifestyle in Canmore and Banff.

My teaching and times here will go fast. I trust that I can contribute in many ways as I move about in this amazingly beautiful and wondrous space

hugs, Dyane
